Services

Our main activity is to support football players in the process of changing clubs or renewing contracts. This includes marketing to potential new clubs. We have a growing network of contacts, which is actively used to promote players to clubs in Norway and internationally. In addition, we offer our assistance in the following forms:
Facilitating the relationship between a player/coach and a club with a view to concluding a work contract.
Negotiating between two clubs to establish a contract related to the employment of a player, aimed at engaging in paid sporting or coaching activities.

Player Scouting
"Scouting" or "recruitment" is the first step in the process, crucial for building a portfolio of players to represent and advise. This phase is key to identifying future high-level athletes. Through a careful evaluation of performances, technical skills, and potential, we can spot promising athletes and support them in their professional development.
Sports Career Management
As athlete representatives, we regularly monitor our players to understand their needs, desires, and expectations. Simultaneously, we maintain ongoing communication with coaches, sporting directors, and club presidents to understand their requirements, budgets, and sports projects. This allows us to gather key insights and provide our players with optimal advice regarding their career choices.
Intermediation between Player(s) and Club(s)
In accordance with the Sports Code, the agent facilitates the connection between interested parties (players, coaches, and clubs) for the conclusion of a paid contract for a football player or a transfer agreement. We take the initiative to bring the parties together and act on behalf of the athlete or the club we represent to establish a potential employment contract.
Contract Negotiation
To meet the expectations and needs of our players, we excel in the art of negotiation and have a thorough understanding of the Professional Football Charter of the Professional Football League, as well as the needs and budgets of the clubs.
Transfer Management
We actively seek new clubs for our clients, ensuring that their sports projects align with the players' expectations. Once this step is completed, we represent them until an agreement is reached during the transfer windows. Acting on their behalf, we work to bring both parties (player and club) to an agreement, primarily during the transfer periods, commonly referred to as the summer and winter transfer markets.
Image Management
Often mistaken for the role of a press officer, our responsibility is to manage the image of our players, ensuring that it serves as a positive communication tool and adds value to the club.
Asset Optimization
Beyond managing our clients sports careers, we also invest in managing their assets.
Preparation for Athlete Career Transition
Due to high turnover and intense competition, the average career span of a professional player is around four to six years. With injuries, sports failures, early retirements, depression, and career endings, it is essential to prepare a post-career transition plan for our players. Our company aims to equip our clients with all the necessary tools to achieve the desired outcomes. We are committed to doing everything possible to ensure our clients obtain the results they seek.
